What is Lifestyle Mentoring?
When I looked up the word ‘mentoring’ to ensure it was a fit, I was pleased to find this Wiki definition: mentorship refers to a personal developmental relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps a less experienced or less knowledgeable pers.
It landed for me. I feel the word coach is overused. My days as a personal trainer were great, but this is far more than that, an extension.
It’s not so much about ‘me teaching you’ as it is about ‘us learning from each other’.
Lifestyle Mentoring means we work together to create a result-oriented gameplan that includes fitness, nutrition and motivation – all within a successful framework. This gameplan is created for you and suits your life, goals, schedule, commitments and needs.
Knowledge vs Practice
Setting a solid foundation. Together we create a customized plan that works for you. It includes fitness, nutrition, motivation and accountability. We work through the mounds of information out there (yes, it IS overwelming!) and break it down into bite-size, workable chunks that fit for you into a daily practice. It is a consistent daily practice that guarantees your ultimate success. And together, that’s what we work towards.

- Regular check-ins via Skype, telephone or in-person to keep you motivated and accountable, ensuring you have all of the tools you need to succeed!

Everyone needs a cheerleader – someone who believes in you and your potential! As your Lifestyle Mentor, we work together in a partnership to help you successfully reach your goals. My role ebb and flows between the motivator and the goal-post helping you step by step to reach your fullest potential.
