NEW no-nonsense program a ‘sure thing’ to Re-Designing your Life
Sunshine Coast, British Columbia – Charlene SanJenko, founder and Destination Retreat Organizer and Promoter for CSJ, introduces Craving Change, Creating Change a new rapid redesign program for the body, business and life. The program utilizes ideologies from Tim Ferriss’ best-selling novels the 4-Hour Work Week and the 4-Hour Body as well as proven athletic performance principles, used by famous athletes such as Tiger Woods and Wayne Gretzky. CSJ Craving Change, Creating Change website officially launches February 7, 2011and is already accepting clients.
Charlene SanJenko was a competitive body builder and has taught fitness for over 10 years transforming 100’s of clients’ bodies and lives. “I know how important it is to take meaningful time-outs that are both productive and replenishing. Clients will have the option of the 4-Hour Workout, a virtual or in-the-flesh 4-step program that focuses on strategies that work or the Rapid Re-Design 90-Day Challenge. Virtual components for the 4-Hour Workout Team include online sessions or ‘daily practice’ tools to connect to one’s goals, Q&A’s, information sharing and peer mentoring. The in-the-flesh version includes a 4-hour monthly intensive fitness workout by Eat Play Love creator and professional trainer, Simone Lovell, and clean-eating strategies and goal-setting practices facilitated by Charlene. The Rapid Re-Design 90-Day Challenge is a facilitated 4-step process for serious one-on-one change-makers. This Lifestyle Mentoring program provides mutual support in the areas of fitness, nutrition and motivation created for each individual’s life, goals, schedule, commitments and needs.
SanJenko is also collaborating with Lovell on Fitness Vacations that takes place at luxurious resorts on the Sunshine Coast of BC and Puerto Morelos, Mexico. These customized retreats include; fitness, wellness and recreational activities coached by industry experts as well as informative and energizing business-building sessions taught by successful entrepreneurs.

CSJ & EAT, PLAY, LOVE Fitness Vacations Team Up
In recent developments, Simone has teamed up with experiential change-work expert, Charlene ‘CJ’ SanJenko to offer destination retreats in Puerto Morelos, Mexico. These retreats include Simone’s weight-loss and fitness basics as well as unique, facilitated break-thru experiences that ground the work done at the retreat as solid jump-start strategies that participants can take home with them. ”Peace, Passion and Prosperity in Puerto Morelos” are 5, 7, or 10-day retreats in the heart of the Mayan Riviera and include change-work group sessions that take place in a Mayan Jungle Retreat such as a temazcalsweat lodge or yoga classes taught by well-known Spanish local. Simone is looking to expand her program to include top resorts across the globe.
